Eagle Eye Watch Unveils Multimedia Network,Founder takes new role, opens recruitment drive for new media hands

JOS — Following its milestone 20th anniversary of investigative reporting and public advocacy, the Board of Directors of Eagle Eye Watch has announced a comprehensive institutional restructuring and expansion drive.
The organization is officially transitioning from its legacy regional print model into a fully integrated multimedia network, to be known as Eagle Eye Watch Multimedia.
The upgraded media ecosystem will seamlessly consolidate its physical tabloid, digital news portal, online television broadcasting arm, and the Eagle Eye Journalism Academy under a singular corporate framework.
In alignment with this operational evolution, the pioneer founder, Comrade Charles Ejoh, will assume the apex position of Executive Chairman/Publisher, Eagle Eye Watch Multimedia. In this combined capacity, Ejoh will merge top-tier board governance with direct operational leadership during this expansion phase, providing overarching strategic direction, corporate oversight, and policy guidance to the entire network as it scales its operations nationally.
To drive the new digital and broadcasting expansion, the board revealed that a major talent onboarding drive is underway. The network is currently reviewing applications for the appointment of fresh graduates and experienced media hands across its editorial, production, and digital television departments.
Pending the future confirmation of a substantive executive team, a transitional management committee has been instituted to work alongside the Executive Chairman to steer operations at the network’s Zaria Road regional head office in Jos.
Reflecting on the milestone, the newly appointed Executive Chairman/Publisher, Comrade Charles Ejoh, noted that the upgrade is aimed at institutionalizing the brand to ensure long-term sustainability.
After 20 years of running the daily newsroom grind, it is time to institutionalize Eagle Eye Watch. This structural upgrade ensures that the brand outlived its founders while creating room for a younger generation of media practitioners to step into operational leadership,” Ejoh stated.
He highlighted the organization’s legacy as a major human capital incubator in the North-Central region and Nigeria at large. “Over the years, we have taken immense pride in consistently absorbing and mentoring Industrial Training (IT) students from higher institutions, alongside Corps Members serving under the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
As Executive Chairman/Publisher, I look forward to guiding the network into its next digital frontier as we inject vibrant new talent into our operations,” he added.
The management has reassured its readers, advertisers, and institutional partners of a seamless transition and uninterrupted, world-class investigative reporting services.
