The Nigeria National League enters its final match day 10 this weekend in the Northern Conference Group A1 log, where the leadership race is between Mighty Jets of Jos and EFCC, Abuja.

Eagle Eye Sports24 reports that with just one match to go in the Nigeria National League(NNL Group A1 Northern Conference),Mighty Jets Football Club will need just a draw away to EFCC of Abuja in order to secure a place in the Super 8 play-offs,to determine the four teams that will be promoted to the Nigeria Premier Football League.

Jets will need to break the jinx of not qualifying for the elite Nigeria premier league after so many years in the murky waters of Nigeria lower football league.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC)will be banking on their fine form after beating premier league side Akwa United in the ongoing Federation Cup via penalty shoot-out after a one all draw in the round of 32.

EFCC will need an outright win to dash the hopes of Mighty Jets of Jos on Sunday at their home ground in Abuja.

Recall that EFCC against all odds defeated home side ABS in Ilorin while Mighty Jets secured a hard earned 1 nil home victory against Kogi United to move to 18 point while EFCC moved to 16 point in the match-day 9 fixtures.
