PLATEAU MAYHEM:Fear grips Jos Community over alleged plan attack by terrorists

Following the killings that engulfed some parts of Plateau State which snowballed into reprisal attacks in many parts of Jos North,Bassa LGAs. EAGLE EYE WATCH reports that there were alleged reports of planned attacks by terrorists to launched attack on Rockhaven,Utan and Rukuba communities in the state.

Our findings revealed that there was palpable fear Friday night that made residence of the areas to keep vigil as there was news circulating on the social media that the terrorists had planted various type of ammunition at the Zaria Road Cemetery to unleashed terror on unsuspecting residents.

Speaking to EAGLE EYE WATCH a resident of  the community, Dalyop Musa told our reporter that they were awake all night because their residence is close to the burial ground while other members of the area said it was a rumour but insisted that they will be alert .

Though when the EAGLE EYE WATCH crew went to the burial ground to ascertain the veracity of the news the security and the manager was unavailable as our reporter was reliably informed that they came but left at about two hour ago.

Meanwhile, the 24 hour curfew re-imposed by the Plateau State government is still in force as virtually all the areas visited was deserted not even the filling stations at Zaria road,Faringada, Rukuba Road except for Mista-.Ali in Bassa LGA that our reporter was able to sight a filling station on Thursday.

As at press time our reporter was unable to reach the STF or the Nigerian Police headquarters for comments.
