The Presiding Minister,Christian Foundation Mission,Charles Ejoh, yesterday said that God’s divine mandate is that believers are to experience total restoration in all facets of their lives and that the reasons people suffer curses is as a result of disobedience to God’s moral laws and sin.

According to EAGLE EYE NEWS24, Ejoh said this during the ministry’s three-day Family Restoration Programme, with the theme, “freedom at last,” in Jos.

According to him, Jesus has paid the price for our restoration, positing that in the Book of John  10 vs 10:…The devil comes to steal, kill, destroy, but I have come that they may have life and have it more abundantly(emphasis).

Ejoh decried the rate at which people operate under various degrees of curses and spell, attributing it to generational,self-imposed curses  especially in the lives of so-called believers, despite the finished works of Jesus Christ at the Cross of Calvary.

Alluding that sin paves way for Satan to operate in the lives of people.

Ejoh discountenance the proponents of the so called ‘Cheap-Grace’ theology that preaches that once a person is saved he or she do not need deliverance or can’t be tormented by the Devil.

“The truth is that once you give room to Satan then automatically he strikes. Are we saying that believers don’t fall sick?If yes. Why? Afteral by His stripes the Scriptures says we are healed”.

“A lot of persons are living below standard because curses reduce a man, thereby reducing him or her to mediocrity whether you are educated or not, look at the life of Reuben in the Bible. He was cursed by his father Jacob but for the intervention of Moses his life was in ruined” he said.

Ejoh charged Christian faithful to live a life of purity and righteousness, enjoining them to distance themselves from cursed people because it is equal to fellowshipping with a covenant breaker (Joshua7 vs 1).

Adding that plagues are upon those who do not separate from covenant breakers (Revelation 18 vs 1-5).
