Protesters block Minna-Suleja Road

Following the closure of the Bida Minna Road by the Niger State Government from heavy duty trucks, commuters and drivers are stranded.

EAGLE EYE WATCH reports exclusively that since Friday the road users has not find it easy due to the gridlock been experienced by commuters.

A  traveller Nehemiah Andrew who disclosed to EAGLE EYE NEWS24 revealed that he spent almost three hours at Lambatta commuting to Jos.

Our correspondent gathered that the protest was embarked by tanker drivers, the drivers are protesting the closure of the Bida-Niger road.

EAGLE EYE NEWS24 was unable to reach any of the Niger State government officials for comment as at press time to ascertain the cause for the closure of the road.
